REGISTRATION:
Registration is first-come, first-served.
Pre-registration is required.
The deadline for is Thursday, May 13.
Full payment is due with registration.
CONFIRMATION:
Confirmation will be sent via e-mail or post card. Please
contact us prior to the registration deadline if you have
not received a confirmation.
REFUND POLICY:
Refunds (minus a $5 processing fee) are allowed until the
registration deadline, two weeks before testing. In the
event of illness on testing day, your child may be able to
make up the test at another test location.
MATERIALS:
Bring TWO #2 pencils with erasers and a ruler with both
metric and standard measurement. High school student should
bring calculators.
FOOD:
Bring a lunch, beverage, and snacks.
TIME FILLERS:
Each child should bring books, magazines, or something to
do quietly in case they finish a subtest early. NO
electronic devices are allowed!
EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBERS:
It is important for us to be able to contact a parent,
friend, or neighbor in case of illness or emergency. This
number can be for a pager, cell phone, spouse's work,
neighbor, or friend. If this contact number changes by the
first day of testing, please inform us.
TESTING TIMES:
Grades 2-8 will finish by about 1:30 p.m. daily.
Grades 9-12 will finish by about 11:30 a.m.
SAFETY FIRST:
Parents and siblings are not allowed on the testing site
after the tests have started. Parents will pick up children
from the classrooms after being notified that testing is
completed. The facility will be locked during testing.

TEST RESULTS:
Test results are mailed to each student.
We will supply and address the envelope.
